Core strategy: Low surface tension cleaner + ultrasonic/vacuum process combination
- Recommended TS-300 hydrocarbon cleaner with surface tension of only 21mN/m, used with vacuum cleaning process. The cleaning fluid is forced into blind holes under negative pressure, achieving 360° dead-angle-free cleaning
- For large workpieces, TS-W300 low-foam water-based cleaner can be used with high-pressure spray for rough cleaning, followed by hydrocarbon cleaner for precision cleaning
